To support the strong development of its French office, We are looking for a Manager (Vice President) in our M&A Team in France

Your Tasks:
Attached to the existing investment team (1 head of France and 2 investors), the candidate will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Responsibility for several work packages (modelling, DD, etc.)
  • Advanced Financial Modelling (Monthly cash flow, Normalization of working capital, Analyse debt and debt-like items, LBO models, Model structures, Legal and tax aspects, in particular SPA review and discussion with Legal, Tax and Operations (understand critical issues) and critical challenging of TSA (especially carve-out topics))
  • Lead the due diligence: Internal Team (Law, Finance, Taxes) and external teams (W&I, Insurance, Guarantees, Environment, FDD, IT, Legal)
  • Guidance of Associates and Interns
  • Coordination and organisation of projects (including internal Operations, Finance, Tax and Legal terms)
  • Quality check of analyses and valuations
  • Preparation of offer documents
  • Support in the acquisition of new projects (deal sourcing)
  • Communication with external parties (M&A consultants, banks, auditors, lawyers, etc.)

 

  • Your Profile:
  • Top tier Master’s degree, Business School or Engineering School, with finance specialisation/Grande Ecole
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a PE company, Consulting company, TAS/restructuring department or Investment Bank
  • Experience in turnaround or cash stressed situations
  • Excellent level in English and French
  • Good team player, hands-on
  • Self-confident and professional appearance
  • Independent and forward-thinking work
  • Leadership potential
  • Operational experience is a plus
