Your Tasks:
Working withtin the HR Stream, under the supervision of the Principal
HR. In each new participation acquired by Mutares, the HR Project
Manager will:

  • analyse the main HR‘s drivers such as: personal costs, benefits, absenteeism, turn-over, average salary
  • propose and monitore KPI‘s
  • follow the improvement plan (actions, timeline, milestones)
  • formalise a „knowledge management“ tool

 

  • Your Profile:
  • Business School or MBA (HR), with strong industrial backgroung
  • 5 to 7 years experience as HR Manager or having played an operational role within a consulting firm
  • Fluent in French, English and Italian
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (expertise in figures, dates and
    calculations)
  • Good and loyal team player, hands-on and result oriented mentality
  • Self-confident and professional appearance (talented for convincing operational teams in order to obtain the informations needed)
  • Independent and forward-thinking work, flexible availability
  • Strong wish to work amoung an international environment (travel up to 60%)
